This is about Coranthia  hotel in Tripoli (Libya). It was built in 1999 by Malta company ,it took 2 years to finish building .




It consist of 20 floor and it has 500 rooms .



Coranthia has got all the facilitation of leisure .swimming pool , sauna, tennis court and  wedding hall


The cost is quite high it is about 300$ a night but all the tourists like to stay in because of it"s location , it located on the beach and it consider one of the most beautiful hotels in north Africa.

Omar Al Mukhtar Movie,  the Sheikh of the Martyrs

He was live in Marj,Libya. Most people was calling him lion of desert.

He was born in the area of Al Ouwila, 16 km east of Al Marj, in Al Jabal Akhdar (the Green Mountain) . He has on son, his nema is Mohamed, when Omar Al mukhtar was hung by the Italians, his son was 10 years old. 1927,Omar Al mukhtar took his family to Egypt so that he could dedicate himself fully to fighting for the freedom of Libya.

     

In 1911, the Italian Army landed on the Libyan coasts and invaded the country. At that time Omar Al Mukhtar was in Jalo Oasis teaching students the Holy Qur’an in one of the centers built all over Libya by the finest Al Snoussi,

In 1923 he went to Egypt asking for aid, military supplies and food. During his stay in Egypt one Italian agent tried to bribe to surrender but he refused, preferring to return to Libya to fight.

In 1924 and 1925, they were very important years in the life of Omar Al Mukhtar, often called Sheikh Lion in those times, because he was the commander of all the fighters for freedom, and he united all the tribes. The name of Omar Al Mukhtar became famous as a masterful leader. But on September 11, 1931, the Sheikh of the Martyrs was arrested by the Italians while he was fighting on his horse.

I want to explain to you about a beautiful tower in IRAN .

Do you know its name ? Tehran Milad Tower

This is a picture taken at night from Milad tower

Construction of the project began in 1995

Every time I would pass along the workshop, I liked the looks of  the building from near .

Later I was invited to work in  Tehran's city hall. 

I got accepted for managerial position.

Part of my job was to work with other employees in the project.

Working began in a nice part of the city

Every day, people were happy when they saw the tower's development .

 It was interesting to work

It was very exciting for me because I was involved in building it too.

Tower got taller and taller until completed.

this is a picture of the tower when its construction was completed . it changed the city landscape .

.... and I am very happy because I had my share to make people happy.

The first traditional libyan dish (Bazeen)
It contains eggs, wheat, potato and meat.




The second traditional libyan dish (Koskous)
It contains chick peas, onion ,potato and meat.

This is a Saudi traditional  food   called " Capssa" and most of  Arabian countries include Libya  like to eat it.  We usually have Capssa in the special occasions such as, inviting people ,wedding reception and Eed.

Not only did I had capssa but also my friends had.
